PowerUp E-Course
ΝΙΚΟΛΑΟΣ ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ
The PowerUp project has created and developed an e-course addressed to former power plant workers providing them with the technical and soft skills that would progressively increase their potential to reintegrate the job market and achieve a smoother transition phase.
Furthermore, a practical teaching manual addressed to educators in order to facilitate them in teaching the respective e-course along with the e-course handbook will be created and delivered.
The publication of this course in an attractive and easy to use way will also raise awareness among the target groups for up-taking new learning opportunities.
The ultimate deliverable of this WP will contribute towards making VET more relevant to former fossil fuel power station workers and to facilitate the development of flexible VET programs in line with the needs of the local economy and businesses.
